• Styles are sold in a minimum 5's,(if total units left in stock are below 5, a lesser figure can be accepted for end of lines/low stock).
• Total spend must be over £100.00 excluding VAT and Shipping.
• Customers purchasing TRADE from Build your Bears Wardrobe can NOT sell any of our branded product on EBAY, AMAZON & ONBUY. This is due to a conflict of interest. This does not apply to personalised | bespoke items. Other retail outlets and websites are welcome.
• Product sold as Seconds/Imperfect are non returnable.
• If sufficient stock is unavailable to fill your order a refund will be made to you for the unfulfilled items. We will contact you to see if a replacement could be given.
• Please check your order on arrival, reporting any shortages within 24 hours of taking delivery.

Please contact us if a problem arises. These can be highlighted/identified to us by use of a photo clearly showing the problem. Third party returns are not taken, this is deemed as the responsibility of the selling company to resolve with their customers.
